TEEDC offers interactive, bookable programs through NexGen Foundations, our entry-level learning experiences designed for schools, camps, community organizations, and partners. Each experience introduces entrepreneurship, creativity, and leadership through hands-on learning—meeting students where they are and helping them grow from small ideas into meaningful impact.

Now entering its ninth year, Shop With a Boss connects students with business and community leaders for hands-on financial learning and mentorship. What began as a local experience has grown into a multi-city initiative, expanding in 2025 to Miami Gardens and Orlando. At its core, the program helps young people build confidence, understand money, and see what’s possible through meaningful relationships.

BeyondCon is TEEDC’s youth entrepreneurship conference designed to help students think differently, build boldly, and live with purpose. Through panels, workshops, and real conversations with entrepreneurs and creatives, students gain exposure, inspiration, and a clearer sense of what’s possible for their future.

NexGenBuilder is TEEDC’s school-based entrepreneurship program where students learn by doing. Over several weeks, participants explore business ideas, branding, pricing, and selling—gaining practical skills and confidence along the way. The program is designed to help students think creatively, make decisions, and see themselves as capable builders and leaders.
